Visitors to QuoteRack complete a simple, 3-stage online Quotation Request process, which triggers an instant email containing all the information they have entered. This email is sent directly and immediately to only those insurance brokers who have chosen to receive Internet sales enquiries for that particular type of insurance risk. This is not a mass-marketing facility: each lead is targeted specifically at each intermediary's requirements.

As a minimum, QuoteRack leads will provide you with the prospect's basic contact details, when they prefer to be contacted and their insurance start date. Typically, it will also include risk-specific details that will enable you to produce an indicative quote before you call them back or email them.

You are then able to contact the potential customer by phone or email, to talk them through your quotation and relevant services or email them details of the indicative quotation. If the customer decides to take things further, you close the deal and confirm their preferred method of payment.

Leads are monitored for quality

Upon receipt of your application for a Free Trial of the QuoteRack service, we will carry out a credit reference check for your Company and check the details of your FSA registration; the results of either check may disqualify you from the Free Trial and from receiving leads from QuoteRack.

At the end of your Free Trial, you will be asked whether you wish to continue to receive enquiries from QuoteRack on a subscription basis. At its discretion, QuoteRack Ltd reserves the right to request an initial deposit, to be paid in advance of receiving further, paid enquiries from the QuoteRack website.
